The Code Revision Section is responsible for coordinating the periodic review and updates to the Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) for compliance with the Comprehensive Plan, Board of County Commission directives and in response to changes in industry standards. Amendments are presented to the Land Development Regulation Advisory Board (LDRAB) which reviews and makes a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC). The BCC holds public workshops or hearings prior to final adoption.
